Brisbane Technology Park
- Johnson and Johnson relocated to a purpose built new facility at 33 Brandl Street.
- 29 Brandl Street reached practical completion in April 2017, home to BTP’s newest retail offering Sip on 29.
- The Quest Hotel, located within the Innovation Precinct, opened its doors on Monday 31 July 2017.
- The new multi-level car parking station adjacent to the Quest Hotel and BTP Conference Centre is now open.
- Construction has commenced on 1 Miles Platting Road, with completion scheduled for May 2018.
- Refurbishment works are underway on 35 Miles Platting Road, scheduled for completion in February 2018.
BTP Northshore Hamilton
- 375 Macarthur Avenue reached practical completion in March 2017 and Harris Communications took occupancy in September 2017.
- Construction has commenced at 381 Macarthur, a three level 3,000sqm building, scheduled for completion in April 2018.
