Development Approval for Stage One Received

Development Approval - BTP Westlink GreenDevelopment approval has been received for the first building which will seed the precinct and enhance the streetscape along Station Avenue.

The proposed building will offer 2,700sqm of office accommodation over three levels and be serviced by a basement carpark. Following the completion of the initial building, the existing powerhouse is intended to be restored and featured as the central hub of the precinct.

The building will be reinvented to include commercial office space for smaller scale requirements serviced by a business support centre, meeting rooms and café.

With an immediate tenancy pre-commitment the building can be available for occupation within twelve months and has no covenants of entry.
