Local Darra residents and businesses enjoyed a night of fun on October 17 at the 12th annual Darra Street Party.
The event held on Railway Parade outside the newly refurbished Darra train station continued to build on it’s success of previous years with over 2,000 people in attendance and entertainment, food stalls and fun rides for the kids.
The Darra State School Choir, The Ritz Performing Arts Centre, and local music acts Romony Rogers, The Dekades and Periapsis were amongst the acts taking the main stage and providing entertainment to attendees throughout the night.
Graystone Development Manager Ms Anna Robbie said, “We are pleased to be sponsoring the Darra Street Party which is a great event for families and the broader community. It is also an opportune time for us to answer questions about
our long term vision for the BTP Westlink Green Development.”
