BTP Leasing Team

Kirsty has over 15 years’ experience in the property industry most recently as the director of Milestone Property Management, an entity established under her management and which now boasts a portfolio of over 45 properties and 190 tenants.

In this role Kirsty has negotiated in excess of $750M in lease contracts, re-positioned commercial properties to deliver value improvements of up to 100% and prides herself on the relationships she maintains with owners and tenants alike.

As the director of Graystone Developments, Kirsty’s main areas of focus include overseeing the development activities of the division delivering the $2B project pipeline and investigating (then negotiating) new development opportunities.

Sophie has held senior roles within Graystone Group for the past 6 years.

She is currently the General Manager of BTP Services, a serviced office provider with over 95 companies located within four business hubs.

Sophie also represents Graystone’s interest in BTP Development Services, an entity responsible for the roll-out of the BTP Northshore Hamilton project and property portfolio within the Innovation Precinct at Brisbane Technology Park. 

Prior to Graystone, Sophie worked within the public sector for 7 years, occupying project management and policy roles within the Office of the Chief Scientist and the then departments of Local Government and Planning and State Development and Innovation.

Having completed a Bachelor of Business at QUT, Lizzie has since held roles in Marketing and eCommerce for traditional and online retailers.

Lizzie joined Graystone Group in 2017 within the BTP Services division, managing the leasing and marketing of serviced offices at the Westlink Green Hub, and is now responsible for the leasing of commercial office space at Brisbane Technology Park.  

With expertise in serviced office leasing and community management, Kellie is responsible for the BTP Hub portfolios (including virtual office services) at Brisbane Technology Park and Hamilton Northshore – comprising over 60 resident tenant companies.

Kellie first commenced working at the Brisbane Technology Park in 2002, and has held a number of roles at the location including: Food & Beverage Manager (BTP Conference Centre); Conference Centre Manager (BTP Conference Centre) and Project Executive and Tenant Liaison (Zernike Australia).

With previous experience as Marketing Manager and Product Consultant across the wine and software industries, Lara has joined the Graystone Group as part of the BTP Services division. Lara is responsible for the Westlink Green Hub where she manages the leasing and marketing of the serviced offices.
